Through his years of experience in the areas of Transformational leadership training and strategic planning, Noruwa is able to help to focus organizations and obtain maximum efficiency with equal success in many types of applications. He has also successfully trained hundreds of leaders, emphasizing the importance of post-training follow-up to help emerging leaders effectively apply the skills and concepts they were taught.
