Our small business training is based on the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) training modules made up of the following modules; Generate Your Business Ideas (GYB) this module is designed for potential entrepreneurs to help generate basket of profitable business ideas and select the best. Start Your Business (SYB) an empowerment module designed for potential and existing entrepreneurs to properly structure their businesses through a well-prepared and bankable business plan. Improve Your Business (IYB) specially designed package for existing entrepreneurs that are desirous of taking their businesses into a new height. Some of the unique features of the SIYB training include:

The Transformed Thinking team is led by Mr. Noruwa Joseph Edokpolo who has 19+ years of experience in management of business at different levels, he is a certified business coach, certified customer support specialist and ILO certified Master Trainer. Noruwa regularly facilitates session both within and outside Nigeria, he is a much sought after key note speaker at conferences and seminars and he has built a reputation as an excellent facilitator on training programmes. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Benin.
